Which plan is right for my team?
Basic is ideal for solo agents or small teams getting started with lead scoring. Premium is for teams who want AI-assisted automation and Assist Mode to save time and improve conversion rates.
How does the AI usage limit work on Premium?
Premium includes 1,000 API calls per AI feature per month (Interviewer, Brief, Next Action, Autopilot). That's roughly 250 leads with full AI analysis per month for a typical team. Overage usage is billed accordingly.
Can I switch between Offers A, B, and C?
Offer B (Paid Pilot) is the best entry point for most teams. After 30 days, you can migrate to Offer A or stay on B. Offer C is capped at 5 concurrent pilots.
What if I want to cancel my Offer A subscription?
Offer A includes a 24-month commitment. Early termination is not permitted, but we work with teams to find the best solution. Contact sales for special circumstances.
Do we get support and onboarding?
Basic teams get standard email support. Premium teams get priority support and dedicated onboarding. Offer C includes weekly founder calls for hands-on support.
Are there customization or integration options?
