Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of buyer inquiry forms provided through Qualu. By completing and submitting a form, you accept these terms. The forms are operated on behalf of the respective real estate agents.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Qualu is a technical platform that enables real estate agents to collect and manage buyer data in a structured way. The platform does not itself provide real estate brokerage services or real estate advice. The AI assistant is used solely for data collection and does not constitute advice.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to provide only truthful and current information. The following is prohibited:

  • Using false identities or fictitious data
  • Submitting automated requests (bots, scripts)
  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Circumventing security mechanisms (e.g. CAPTCHA)
  • Submitting content that infringes the rights of third parties

4. AI Assistant

Forms with the AI interview assistant enabled use OpenAI language models for structured conversation. The conversation is stored and made available to the responsible agent. The assistant does not generate binding commitments, offers, or legal advice, and does not replace professional consultation.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Qualu accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by the agent. The referral between buyer and agent is made without guarantee. Qualu is not liable for lost business, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Availability

Qualu strives for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

7. Changes

Qualu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is available on this page. Users will be notified of material changes where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection laws of that state apply.
